The Lima Conducting Workshop is now presenting its 2026 edition from January 12th to 18th! This conducting workshop is open to conductors from any level, age, nationality, with no restriction. Conducting faculty for the 2026 edition include Rafael Reyes (Peru) and Nicholas Leh Baker (USA.) Special guests this year include Eduardo Mognaschi, clarinetist and Juan Juárez.

The Lima Conducting Workshop is a space where conductors and musicians from around the world come together to learn, share, and grow. Over the course of a week, participants experience meaningful cultural exchange, inspiring musical collaboration, and the joy of discovering Peru’s vibrant traditions alongside world-class musical training.
